Features:
It has excellent adhesion to the surfaces it is applied to, does not crack and can be easily removed. It is extremely resistant to all kinds of weather conditions, such as rain, moisture, sunlight, and the effects of salty water on the seashore. It allows the moisture in the wall to be thrown out due to its ability to breathe. The colors do not fade.
Areas of application:
It is easy to apply on all types of facade work, concrete, aerated concrete, plaster, plaster, raw, new and old walls.
Instructions for use:
Before using the silicone facade paint, the surfaces to be painted should be smooth and clean, free from substances that prevent adhesion, such as dirt, oil, dust and sand. On new plastered surfaces, plaster should be allowed to dry for 20 days (at 20°С). After priming with SAF Acrylic Putty, the surface is washed with SAF silicone primer or (1:7 ratio) SAF binder and silicone facade is painted. The first layer is mixed with 15-20% water, and the second layer is mixed with 10% water. Apply with brush and roller. Depending on the temperature, the interval between layers should be 10 hours. It is recommended to paint when the air temperature is +20C-+45C. Optionally, the 3rd layer can also be applied as a second layer. During the application and drying of the paint, the surface should be protected from rain and frost, it should not be applied in very windy and direct sunlight.
Consumption:
1 kg in a single layer, depending on the smoothness and absorbency of the surface.An area of 6-8 m² is painted with SAF SILAN.
Storage conditions:
Store in an unopened box, in a cool place, protected from freezing and direct sunlight. The ideal storage temperature is between +10°C and +20°C.
